ABOUT THE ROLE
888 Yonge is a multi-tenant heritage building with three distinct occupants: Info-Tech Research Group as the primary corporate office tenant, The Concert Hall as a major live music venue, and a smaller commercial real estate office. Each tenant operates on different schedules and has unique operational needs, requiring a balanced and responsive approach to building management.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the facility, working closely with tenants, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth building operations.
