Rotating days, evening, nights, weekends and holidays. This position is temporary until October 2027. Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Candidates will be selected based on Adult and Children Emergency experience - minimum recent (1) year of experience (in last two years) required Minimum of one (1) year previous acute care setting experience as a Registered Nurse Current Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification preferred Critical Care Certificate preferred Successful completion of recognized Emergency Nursing related courses, dysrhythmia courses and assessment and triage courses preferred Demonstrated current knowledge of assessment and management in a broad range of disease processes involving all age groups; critically ill, injured, episodic and non-urgent patients Demonstrated expertise in physical assessment, ECG interpretation, health teaching, clinical decision without a prior diagnosis of emergency presentations in all age groups Demonstrated current knowledge of cardiac and respiratory ar
