Temp-to-perm opportunity - grow into a permanent role! We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a busy distribution center in Etobicoke. This is a hands-on role where you'll support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. What You'll Do: Receive, stage, and move goods within the warehouse Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy Prepare shipments: labeling, sealing, and palletizing Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns Support other warehouse functions as needed What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork Why You'll Love This Role: $20/hour starting pay Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, no weekends Opportunity to be hired on permanently after temp period Friendly and supportive team environment
