What you will be doing:
Calibrate, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and conduct routine maintenance on all assigned instruments
Process and Analyze Summa Canister samples for GC/MS and GC/SCD testing
Implement and manage preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment readiness
Review and ensure QA/QC objectives are appropriate and being met
Follow and develop Quality Control and Standard Operating Procedures
Compile, verify and validate accurate data records
Report results
Coordinate shipping of air sampling supplies
Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table:
Technical diploma or degree is an asset
Experience with the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of GC/MS and GC/SCD instrumentation
Previous experience working with Summa Canisters
