Compensation:$50,000 Base + Bonus Structure after 3 Months
Schedule:In-office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
As an Operations Coordinator (3PL), you will play a key role in keeping freight moving smoothly across North America. You will collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to coordinate shipments, resolve challenges, and ensure everything runs on schedule.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous 3PL logistics experience is an asset, allowing you to contribute effectively from day one; however, we are also willing to train the right candidate who is eager to build a career in the logistics industry.
