What You Will Do:
The
Counter Sales Representative
is a customer-forward role that serves customers in person and on the phone, helping them select and purchase heavy-duty parts and equipment. You will work with your branch team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:
Provide product knowledge expertise in selling aftermarket heavy-duty parts to customers and build long-lasting customer relationships
Optimize each transaction by advising on products, product applications, returns, warranty claims, and special orders to meet all customer needs
Answer customer questions about products, prices, availabil
