Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers up and running safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing, inspecting, and servicing automotive lifts and related shop equipment
Performing detailed safety inspections and troubleshooting mechanical issues
Traveling throughout the Maritime provinces to service customers (day and overnight trips)
Completing electronic service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Managing service van parts and inventory
Working closely with our operations team to continuously improve service quality and efficiency
Identifying potential service and sales opportunities while on-site with customers
Responding to customer service requests assigned by the Service Coordinator
Following all company Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and shadowing opportunities
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. You don't need to know everything or have experience servicing lifts, we'll provide the required training.
