Job DescriptionJob Description Parking Enforcement Officer (Part-Time) Location: Victoria BC Pay Rate: $20/hour Job Description The Enforcement Officer ensures that all parking rules are followed without exception. The Parking Enforcement Officer must ensure we consistently meet the client’s expectations by providing excellent customer service. They are also the ambassador for the company as well as the venue. Responsibilities Patrol an assigned area by vehicle Issue warnings and quotes for illegally parked vehicles (using LPR vehicle system) Identify vehicles in violation of parking codes Make arrangements for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles to be towed, and direct tow-truck drivers to the correct vehicles Observe and report hazardous conditions such as replacement of unsafe signage within lot, etc. Prepare and maintain required records, records of parking enforcement, operational records and records of quoted quotations Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as hand-held computers, quote book, etc. Provide information to the public regarding parking regulations and facilities Inform the public about policies, services or procedures Identify stolen, and counterfeit p
