The position
The Lead Product Advisor
is responsible to lead the day-to-day operations of the retail store and the customer and employee experience within, in the absence of other store leadership. Their accountability is to sustain the smooth operations of the store and to ensure that the customer and employee experience reflects the standards, culture and values of Rocky, always.
