We are seeking a HVAC Technical Service Representative to join their existing team in the lower mainland.
Position Overview
The HVAC Technical Service Representative will play a key role in supporting contractors, customers, and internal teams by providing product training, troubleshooting assistance, and technical guidance related to heat pumps and ductless HVAC systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and conduct educational sessions for HVAC professionals on the proper setup, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling equipment, including mini-split and heat pump systems.
