Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead all quality assurance and inspection activities within our machining and welding facility.
The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all fabricated, machined, and welded components meet customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality requirements.
This role includes overseeing inspection processes, maintaining certifications, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement across the shop.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage administrative responsibilities to meet quality objectives.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Root Cause Analysis reports.
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction with quality standards.
Oversee internal and external audits to maintain quality certifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as CWB, CSA, API, and ISO 9001.
Directly oversee the QC department, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are met.
