Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with national key clients. Implement and execute key account strategies across Kazakhstan. Lead negotiations with key clients and agree on commercial terms and contracts. Ensure achievement of sales targets and key commercial KPIs. Develop and implement joint business plans with key accounts. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors’ activities. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance). Monitor execution of agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms. Requirements: Higher education. 3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management. Experience working as a Key Account Manager / National Key Account Manager in international or large companies. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies with key clients. Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach. English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
