To keep in an order luggage rooms and carts for luggage transportation. To provide information about transport services in the city, taxi services, delivery and other. Organize the transportation upon guest request. To provide information about the events which are taking place in the hotel and to specify a way to guests in the necessary direction. To report timely to a management about all claims of the guests and conflict situations arising in hotel. To know the working schedule and location of all restaurants, bars, offices and other institutions which are in the hotel premises. To answer the phone calls according to standards of the hotel, to transfer the calls.
