What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our team on a 12-18 month contract basis. This role will support Smardt's Total Rewards function by analyzing market data, maintaining pay structures, and ensuring competitive and compliant compensation practices. In addition to supporting core compensation activities, the Compensation Analyst will play a key role in building a comprehensive Job and Career Architecture to enhance clarity, consistency, and transparency across roles and career paths.
