Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The
Director of Identity Data & Workflow Engineering
leads the engineering strategy and delivery of identity data services, workflow automation, and cross-product IAM APIs across the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) ecosystem. This role owns the engineering capabilities that power identity request workflows, privileged account inventory, global directory services, and the API layer that enables consistent, secure access to IAM capabilities across the enterprise.
Identity data and workflow engineering is foundational to delivering secure, efficient, and scalable identity services. The quality and accessibility of identity data — and the workflows and APIs that act on it — directly determine how quickly the organization can onboard users, detect risk, and respond to regulatory demands. This leader will build and operate the platforms that turn identity data into a strategic asset and provide a trusted foundation for downstream consumers including controls, reporting, governance, and emerging AI capabilities.
