Job Description
What is the opportunity?
RBC offers an exciting role as a Benefits Delivery Consultant. In this role you will administer strategic decisions and supervise the day-to-day affairs of a group’s benefits programs including valuation/reconciliation, various testing/analysis, and required reporting. You will apply complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.
What will you do?
Maintain and validate plan records to include census, contributions, claims, reimbursements, investments, insurance and other plan data as well as ongoing valuation, calculation and reconciliation of plan assets.
Perform plan testing to include qualification, discrimination and stress testing, as well as plan reporting in accordance with plan changes and requirements.
Provide high level of customer service to benefit plan participants and service providers by responding to calls and facilitating requests addressing plan provisions, benefits, coverage elections, premium deductions and refunds, information updates, changes, etc.
Handle complex calculations, inquiries and issues, and contribute to overall plan design/selection and continual improvement.
