Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive, the Director of Clinical Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a diverse clinical portfolio that includes Emergency, Perioperative Services, Pharmacy, Ambulatory Care, and Mental Health Programs. This role is integral to advancing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care across the hospital ensuring clinical operations, workforce planning, and care delivery models align with both current needs and the evolving future state of SMH.
The Director of Clinical Services is accountable for enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration across the continuum of care and for creating the conditions that support excellence in professional practice
