We are seeking a professional and dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Team Member who is passionate about growing their career and delivering great guest experiences. The front-desk supervisor is responsible for all front and back of house operations while on shift including managing the front desk team, opening/closing the facility and making sure a premium brand experience is delivered for all guests. As part of the Front of House team, you will assist guests and build positive and lasting relationships with our incredible community. Overview of Duties: Assigned "keyholder" to open and close the facility. Faciliate guest check-ins and assist with guest inquires in a welcoming and professional manner. Deliver guest services in line with standard operating procedure. Process payments accurately through internal systems for classes, memberships, retail, and food & beverage purchases. Administrate account enquires via phone, email and in-person. The on-duty "go to" for guest recovery situations. Troubleshooting A/V issues in fitness studios. Maintain
