Therapeutic Youth Worker (Therapeutic Supported Independent Living)

From $37.73 per hour + Super (Dependant on qualifications & experience)
As a Therapeutic Youth Worker, you’ll be a key support for young people aged 16 - 18 to prepare them to successfully transition to independent living by acquiring problem solving and independent living skills. You will be part of a dedicated to team working to ensuring a safe, homelike environment where these young people can thrive. You will have the opportunity to apply your case management skills along with facilitating individualised life skills programs.
