Our membership service agents are total champs. They play a key role in supporting members and sports professionals belonging to the world’s foremost tennis organization.
To excel in this role, you need to be a natural helper and a total people-person who loves to find solutions for people in need: helping a frantic parent get their child registered for a tennis tournament, or getting a tennis club administrator squared away with their new program software are missions you can get behind! You're a pro at navigating multiple digital systems and platforms concurrently, and you bring empathy and a sense of urgency to your job every day. You’ll be talking a lot about tennis, so a passion for racket sports is a definite “advantage” (See what we did there?)

Here’s the Deal:
This is a full-time, permanent position starting
June 3rd, 2026.
Hourly rate of pay is $17.00.
Full-time training will be provided from 10:00am to 6:00pm Atlantic time in a fully online classroom beginning June 3rd through June 17.
