The Role:
We’re seeking a versatile
Marketing Automation Lead
with experience leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem to own the tech delivery strategy and execution of dynamic and engaging email campaigns, robust marketing journeys and automated messages (email, SMS, push notifications) to reach clients and prospects with the right message, at the right time. Reporting to the Director of Go-to-Market, you’ll manage the intake, requirements gathering, documentation, strategy of development and delivery of MarTech initiatives.
This role is accountable for the day-to-day marketing automation management & execution, while also defining how we engage clients across the lifecycle and building the journeys that deliver business outcomes. It combines lifecycle strategy, CRM architecture, and hands-on campaign execution to drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention.
