Scope
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Surrey Parks, Recreation & Culture's Volunteer Resources team. This role is pivotal in supporting our diverse volunteers who are integral to Surrey. We are committed to fostering meaningful volunteer opportunities and building a healthy and cohesive community. This role will contribute to the achievement of excellence in volunteer management by supporting professional standards of practice in the administration of volunteer resources.

• Plan, organize and engage City volunteers with various opportunities that fit their skills and interests.
• Supervise a team of auxiliary staff and volunteers.
