Job Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role can be done entirely from home. You will assist with basic account-related tasks, support customers with billing questions, and help maintain accurate records. Full training will be provided, no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
Assist with basic account and billing inquiries
Support customers with account updates and information
Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions
Help review account data for accuracy
Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed

Experience
