Job DescriptionJob Description Journeyman Millwright (433A) – $44.48/hr + Premiums + Pension Day 1 Tillbury, ON Continental Shift (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights, 6:30–6:30) Top Pay + Real Stability If you’re a licensed 433A Millwright looking for strong hourly pay, steady work, and a plant that actually values maintenance—this is it. $44.48/hour base +$0.75/hr cost-of-living premium (every hour worked) +$0.85/hr days / +$1.20/hr nights Double time on Sundays (8 hours at 2x) Full benefits + company-paid pension from DAY ONE What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and prevent downtime Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Handle a mix of work: mechanical, basic electrical, welding, and fabrication Read blueprints, schematics, and layouts Work with contractors/vendors when needed What You Bring 433A Industrial Millwright License (required) 2–5 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills Comfortable working continental shifts Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience is an asset Perks After ~3 Months $800/year tool allowance $440 safety boot allowance Life
