Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build relationships, generate referrals, and grow awareness of Foundation Health's services among clinics, hospitals, and local businesses.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively sell Foundation Health's services to businesses and community partners
Develop and manage referral relationships with clinics and healthcare providers
Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate new opportunities
Build contacts within hospitals and healthcare networks
Establish long-term relationships with local businesses and organizations
Track outreach, pipeline, and results using a CRM
Represent Foundation Health at meetings and networking opportunities
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand referral sources
What You Bring
Proven experience in a sales or business development role
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfort with cold calling and in-person outreach
Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
Self-motivated
