As aClinic Lab Technician (Phlebotomist), you will play an essential role in delivering a seamless, safe, and patient-centred clinical experience. You will be responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens, coordinating with external laboratories, maintaining accurate health documentation, and supporting appointment scheduling and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities
Phlebotomy Services & Patient Care
Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens accurately and efficiently
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and professionalism during all interactions
Provide clear instructions regarding procedures and post-collection care
Follow all clinic protocols and infection prevention procedures
Regulatory Compliance & Specimen Handling
