Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Service Advisor
to join our fleet maintenance team in the Calgary area. This role is ideal for a local candidate who understands the pace and expectations of a high-volume heavy-duty shop and enjoys being the key point of contact between drivers, technicians, vendors, and operations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our fleet stays road-ready by coordinating repairs, managing road call activity, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between drivers, fleet operations, technicians, and external vendors
Open, manage, and close repair orders with accuracy and urgency
Diagnose and translate driver complaints into actionable work orders
Provide repair estimates, timelines, and approvals
Coordinate and manage road calls, ensuring timely response and resolution
Work closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost control
Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships to support fleet operations
