Senior Project Coordinator – Construction
Location:
Toronto, ON
Compensation:
$80,000 – $110,000+, depending on experience
Our client is a well-established construction and development group based in Toronto, currently seeking a
Senior Project Coordinator
to join their team.
This role is well suited for someone with a strong project coordination background gained with a reputable general contractor, construction manager, or developer-builder. The successful candidate should be comfortable supporting active construction projects, working closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and trades to keep documentation, approvals, and coordination items moving.
A strong working knowledge of
Procore
is required, along with hands-on experience coordinating
shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and document control
. The client is looking for someone who has been exposed to well-structured construction processes and understands the pace and expectations of an active project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the project team with day-to-day coordination across active construction projects.
