Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCustomer Service Representative We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full order process while providing excellent customer support and working closely with the Sales and Operations teams. This is an in office position, working Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. Benefits: * Competitive pay based on experience. * Comprehensive health benefits package * Progressive career development planning * A fun environment with corporate events, parties, and team building activities Responsibilities: * Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner * Process customer quotes, sales orders, returns, and order changes accurately * Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines * Follow up on back orders, shipments, and delivery updates to ensure customer satisfaction * Coordinate shipments, pick-ups, and returns with freight carriers * Support sales efforts by recommending alternate or additional products based on customer needs * Maintain accurate customer records and files * Resolve customer concerns
