A law firm in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an
Associate Lawyer with 2-5+ years post-call experience
in
Commercial & Residential Real Estate
. The ideal candidate will be
self-motivated, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and capable of managing files independently
while building strong client relationships.
Key Qualifications:
•
2-5+ years post-call experience in Alberta
(or eligible for Alberta Bar transfer)
• Strong experience in
Commercial & Residential Real Estate transactions
•
Commercial leasing experience
required
•
Corporate law experience
considered an asset
• Strong
drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to
manage files independently
and take initiative
• Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a
team-based environment
• Strong commitment to
continuous learning and professional development
