We are presently accepting resumes for a number of
Permanent Full-Time Flex Support Worker III positions.
These positions will be assigned to work in various Empower Simcoe group homes in
Barrie, working up to 72 hours biweekly.
The purpose of this role is to provide flexible, person-centered support across multiple group living locations within Empower Simcoe, at our Barrie locations. The Flex Support Worker will play a critical role in filling vacant shifts, responding to immediate staffing needs, and being prepared for redeployment where necessary.
