The position reports to the Corporate Controller and is accountable to assist the Controller with billings, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting and month-end financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Core Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in a high volume environment Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and supported by appropriate documentation Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer billing inquiries in a timely manner Collections & Accounts Receivable Administration Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts via email and phone Work with customers to resolve payment issues and secure timely payment Escalate delinquent accounts in accordance with internal credit and collections policies Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts Maintain upt
