We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative
for our Pearson Airport Location. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers, and you must ensure we consistently exceed customer and client expectations by providing excellent customer service. You are the ambassador for the company as well as for the venue.
What Would You Be Doing?
Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using a variety of payment methods
Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
Validate all defective ticket outputs before
