Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerks to join our growing teamThe ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely and accurate billing processesIf you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and issue invoices to customers Verify billing data and correct any discrepancies Maintain accurate and organized billing records Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries Work closely with the accounting and customer service teams Perform general administrative duties related to billing Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in accounting or finance is an asset) Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or general accounting preferred Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is an asset Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as
