About Us:
Premier Auction is dedicated to connecting buyers and sellers through seamless, high-energy auction events. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Yard Manager to oversee daily operations at our distribution facility.
The Role:
As our Yard Manager, you are the heartbeat of our on-site operations. You will be responsible for leading staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the safe operation of material and equipment. We need a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example—someone who can seamlessly transition from entering lot descriptions on a computer, to helping a customer troubleshoot an issue, to hopping in a skid steer to unload freight.
The auction world moves fast, and our yard does too. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment but has the patience and communication skills to guide a team, foster autonomy, and ensure safety is never compromised.
