Position Summary:
The Shop assembly technician will be trained in the component preparation and electrical assembly of Cleantek designed lighting fixtures and perform activities and functions associated to the production of product, inventory management and maintenance of the shop facility.
This is a Seasonal position is open for a hiring period of April through end of September.
Potential for retained employment may be considered for appropriate candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
Assembly of light fixtures, sub-components and associated rigging.
Ensure shelving system is organized.
Packaging of product and material handling.
Facilitating parts receiving, loading and unloading of shipments.
Assist in maintaining a clean shop facility.
Perform other duties as required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal skills
Be able to demonstrate ability and understanding to operate hand tools (crimpers, screw drivers, pliers, cutting tools, wheel jacks) and powered
