We are a growing Ontario-based group of companies with two distinct but connected businesses: a construction division delivering design-build and construction management projects, and a data centre division that develops, designs, and operates critical infrastructure. We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our in-house team. This is a rare opportunity for a construction lawyer with 35 years of call to move in-house, develop genuine breadth across a full-service legal practice, and grow with a business at an exciting stage of its evolution.
