I. General Requirements for Candidates: The candidate for the position of Deputy General Director for Production must have a higher education degree in engineering economics and agricultural machinery engineering, as well as at least 3–5 years of experience in managerial positions. Proven successful experience in managing large agricultural enterprises (as a manager, deputy manager, or department head). Experience in developing and promoting sustainable production strategies and business project policies related to production within the organizations they have worked for or managed. Knowledge of international regulatory and legal requirements in the implementation of large-scale projects involving foreign partners. Ability to analyze, modernize, and integrate technological processes and roadmaps in the production of agricultural machinery. Possession and implementation of international production standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 within the company. In-depth knowledge of the seasonality of various types of agricultural machinery. At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Cost Engineering.
