Conducting analysis of the international corporate governance system. Timely execution of assigned tasks. Working with data in spreadsheets and presentations. Requirements: Higher education in International Corporate Relations. 3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an advanced level. Strong communication skills. Organizational skills. Ability to work with large volumes of data. Experience in mergers of several enterprises. Stress resilience. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Russian languages. Company Offers: Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00. Permanent employment. Formalization under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Salary: In accordance with the staffing schedule, with bonuses paid based on the company's Charter and market mechanisms (including KPI results).
