Small Area Manager The Small Area Manager (“SAM”) manages multiple corporate stores in an assigned area. He/she acts as a go-between of the Support Centre and the assigned Kin’s Farm Market corporate chain store by communicating, carrying out and enforcing policies, procedures, practices, systems and guidelines set forth by the Company. He/she mentors and provides advice to Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers within the area and is responsible for training, coaching, store compliance, customer service experience and keep them motivated in achieving operational goals (profitability, increasing customer numbers, employee readiness, etc.) and efficiencies.
