is a face-to-face lead generation company that deploys in-house sales professionals into retail environments across Canada. We work alongside some of the country's leading installation-based service providers in HVAC, home comfort, windows, roofing, and more.
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a bilingual Team Lead who can operate on the floor, drive results in a retail environment, and take ownership of partner accounts and relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be selling, coaching, and managing relationships all at once.
What You'll Do
In-Store Sales & Lead Generation
• Work directly in retail locations engaging with customers and generating pre-qualified appointments for our service partners
• Consistently hit daily and weekly lead targets
