DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SUMMER STUDENT
(TEMPORARY FULL TIME)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Two (2) temporary full-time Document Management Summer Student positions are available within our Finance/Health Records Department at North Wellington Health Care. North Wellington Health Care is comprised of Palmerston & District Hospital and Louise Marshall Hospital. The homesite for this position is Louise Marshall Hospital.
This position is funded through Canada Summer Jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education
Preference for students in Business, Accounting, Health Administration, or Office Administration programs
Compliance with privacy legislation and hospital confidentiality requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable with demonstrated dependability and accountability
Excellent communication, interpersonal & public relations skills
