What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Perform maintenance and repairs on brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, electrical, cooling, climate control, and related systems
Road test vehicles for diagnostic and quality control purposes
Complete work safely, accurately, and efficiently
Document repairs clearly using proper condition, cause, and correction notes
Identify and communicate additional recommended repairs or maintenance
Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to keep workflow moving
Follow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership repair procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
