Reporting to the Senior Manager, Experience within the Stakeholder Engagement, Marketing and Communications (SEMC) division, the
Manager, Experience Design - Prevention focus
leads a team responsible for designing and championing exceptional experiences across the prevention division (primarily workers, employers, and Prevention employees). This role drives the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of initiatives that enhance both internal and external stakeholder experiences, aligning with the Stakeholder and Employee Experience Framework and WorkSafeBC's priorities.
Working collaboratively across the organization, the Manager applies research and behavioural insights, promotes inclusive and human-centred design practices, and ensures initiatives reflect the needs and expectations of those we serve. As part of SEMC's management team, the Manager also contributes to strategic planning and initiatives that strengthen the organization's reputation and commitment to service excellence.
This is a temporary role for 8 months.
