Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating inbound and outbound freight to meet daily priorities and weekly transportation targets while ensuring a high level of service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and carriers to proactively address service risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely, transparent communication.
Analyze lane data, on-time performance and costs to effectively negotiate rates with customers and third-party carriers to ensure profitability and customer sati
