Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts within the group of companies, including agreements with foreign clients and suppliers. Supporting and maintaining corporate documentation across the group of companies. Providing legal advice to management and internal teams on business, operational, and regulatory matters. Participating in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and templates. Identifying risks and proposing practical, business-oriented solutions. Requirements: 3+ years of professional legal experience, preferably in an international or corporate environment; Strong knowledge of contract law; Solid understanding of intellectual property principles; Experience in corporate law; Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
