Nauchsoft , an international software development and IT consulting company, is looking for a full-time Lead Generation specialist. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. The main goal of this role is to design and optimize a predictable, scalable lead generation process - primarily through LinkedIn and other B2B channels - to deliver high-quality leads that can be effectively converted by the sales team into business opportunities. This position requires a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience in outreach automation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization. Working hours start after 14.00. Requirements: Around 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound marketing (entry-level candidates are also welcome). Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Waalaxy, Lemlist, Dripify, Apollo, GetSales). Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification processes. Strong communication and English writing skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simulta
