Project Coordinator
to join our growing team TODAY.
This role is ideal for an experienced transportation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating complex freight projects and customer accounts, and takes ownership of operational execution from order entry through to final delivery and billing readiness. Minimum 2 years of trucking transportation industry experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation projects and customer freight requirements from start to finish. This includes entering orders into TruckMate, coordinating freight movements, dispatching drivers, monitoring shipments, communicating directly with customers and drivers, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficien
