Computer Repair Technician / Retail IT Support Specialist
to join our team in Brantford, Ontario.
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is intended for experienced candidates who already possess the required technical and communication skills. This is a professional business environment - not a training position.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade desktop and laptop computers.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.
Install and configure Microsoft Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, and common business applications.
Perform malware removal, system optimization, data backup, and recovery services.
