Responsibilities: Manage all daily accounting operations in accordance with local legislation and company policies Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Coordinate tax declarations and statutory reporting processes Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts Support budgeting and forecasting activities Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and official institutions Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements Support internal control and process improvement initiatives Assist in ERP and accounting system operations Collaborate with regional and global finance teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, chemical, or multinational companies is preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations Experience with ERP systems Good command of English and Turkish (written and spoken) Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel Strong analyt
